Tammi Chen is an associate attorney at Lubin Pham + Caplin LLP. She’s admitted to practice in both California and British Columbia, Canada. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from McGill University in Montreal. Then she obtained her law degree from the University of British Columbia, where she won Best Respondents’ Factum at the Donald G.H. Bowman National Tax Moot and the Lord Denning Scholarship.
Prior to joining LPC, Tammi worked in civil litigation at a general practice firm in Vancouver, Canada, where she worked on a racial discrimination case that obtained a record-breaking injury to dignity award. She has advocated for clients at the provincial and supreme court levels in B.C. and successfully represented clients in both English and French before the Canadian Refugee Protection Division.
In her spare time, Ms. Chen enjoys piano and painting.
