Pantea obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Management from California State University Dominguez Hills, and her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She continued her legal education at Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where she earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.). She was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2013.
Since joining Lubin Pham + Caplin as a Healthcare Attorney in June 2024, Pantea has brought her extensive experience in representing medical providers—including hospitals, mental health facilities, and rehabilitation clinics—in healthcare reimbursement and contract disputes. Her practice spans both pre-litigation and litigation matters, providing comprehensive legal support for her clients at every stage of the dispute resolution process.
